Pre Order My Noevl(la) Now! (Well, Soon)

Image
I'm super excited to announce that I have FINALLY finished book one of Beyond The Shadows is done! Right now, I'm just searching for  the right indie publisher.  I began writing this book a the beginning of 2024. At the time, my late father was in hospice. As I was caring for him full time, my childhood home began to make her appearance. Upon my late father's passing, I decided to visit my childhood home and it was there where she began to speak to me.  As she spoke, words were written in a blank, lined notebook and a pen. She told me most of what had happened. As I wrote what she spoke, things started to become clear to me...what had happened to me also had happened to her. Here is the synopsis of this book: Most of her life, Abigail was defined by a number: 212, a house. A money making thing. Now after reuniting with her best friend and 10 year medic, she's finally ready to tell all. This is her story. Welcome. Let me take you....beyond the shadows.  Pre ord...

Is Lil Tay Wrong?! My Opinion On Lil Tay's Outburst

Image
This photo is from Us Weekly. All rights go to them & Lil Tay. As you can probably notice by the title, we are going to be talk about Lil Tay. Now, just who is Lil Tay? Lil Tay is an Canadian-American rapper, known for her angry outbursts and showing off her thousands of dollars.  She recently made headlines about being the youngest OnlyFans model to make $1 million in 24 hours. (Yes, you heard me right.) However, she's going off about how women who work 9-5s after 25 (or even before) are quote "failures". She even said that going to college or university is a "failure."  Okay, as someone who worked a 9-5 and is currently teaching themselves medicine I have to say Lil Tay is 100% in the wrong about this. For one, she's only 18; yes she's legally an adult, but until you are in your 20s, 18 is still considered a teen. Lil Tay has NOT experienced a FULL adult life yet.  Second, working a 9-5 gains work and business experience. From October 2020 until ...

Grey's Anatomy Season 2 Review

Image
Disclaimer: This is my OWN OPINION on this season of Grey's.  First off, Grey's Anatomy is my ULTIMATE comfort show! (I'm a medical nerd so yeah). I know, I know. Where's my review of season 1...(it's coming. That's the first thing I started when I began to watch season 19).  So, this season had a few shockers in it, not going to say as again I don't want to spoil it if you haven't seen the show. This season starts off where season one last began.  I noticed towards the end of the season that there were some new residents.  This season has 27 episodes and I'd say my favourite would probably be Losing My Religion .  Overall rating: 8/10

My FIRST Novel BEFORE My First novel?!

Image
Yes, I know what you are thinking..."how are you already writing book 4 to this series and yet you haven't even published book one?" Well, I decided that this book may be more needed than book one. Trying not to spoil this book, this has a little bit of a trigger as it does mention illnesses, such as Long COVID.  This book came while my ever declining health decided to well, decline....this means that my mental health decided to take a slight decline too. However, I did NOT want to harm myself...so what was I going to do? Write about my pain!  That's where this book comes in. Although it may be released BEFORE book one of the Beyond The Shadows series (and that I'm scared to write), there is someone who may need to read it. I will announce the release date once it's finished.  If you or someone you know is in crisis, there is help. Call or text 988 for the Suicide Prevention lifeline or go to your nearest ER.  this is the song/I'm too scared to write/but...
