How & What Inspired Abigail's Creek Book Stop (My Small Biz!)

Welcome to Abigail's Creek Book Stop, formally known as Tiffany's Spiritual Palace that was first known as Christian Mystic Market. (Damn, that's a mouthful.) I never talked about my small business when I had a blog back in the day, so I thought I'd talk about it here! 

I knew from the age of 16, when I was an Avon rep, I wanted to be an independent business person. I did odd jobs until October 2020 when I landed a job at Spencer Gifts (now known as Spencer's but it'll always be known as Spencer Gifts to me) during the COVID pandemic!  

It was during the holiday season that year was when I started a little business called Christian Mystic Market. Now, at the time, I was deep into the "evangelical Christian" world. So, Jesus was all I ever talked about. However, it wasn't until 2022 that I decided to rebrand into a more metaphysical/spiritual shop and called it Tiffany's Spiritual Palace! 

In early 2024, my late father was admitted into hospice care and I ended up putting my entire business on hold for a few months to care for him. (That was HARD ASS WORK, but I loved it.) Since then, I ended up getting into a slight disagreement with another small business that changed it all. I decided to rebrand into a bookstore! 

After seeing multiple booktokers, I decided to rebrand once more into a indie bookstore! However, I wanted to honour my childhood home, while bringing a sense of Home, belonging and acceptance and thus, Abigail's Creek Book Stop was born!

Easy, Accessible & Nice?! Reviewing Rare Beauty's Find Comfort Hydrating Hand Cream

I love it fits in the palm of your hand! It's also accessible, meaning that it's easy to use. Although I had a bit of trouble opening it, the texture and scent was amazing. It wasn't sticky, greasy or strong.  This item gave a really sweet comforting smell. Not to mention it also relaxes you too! This makes my hands very soft and smooth. It's a tad bit hard to open and you have to squeeze the product out. However, the tip makes a good massager for your hands.  I give this a 8/10.
